Lisa Rice and Lynne Kolokowski are our front desk team.
They handle all calls, appointments, payments, and direct the fast paced flow in our practice. They are client service specialists.
They are exceptionally skilled at what they do. We love having them as the first face you see, and hope to make a great impression on you and all our families.
Nancy Wilson-Bondy
Patient Care Administrator
Nancy has made a lifelong career with the practice since 1973. She knows every family and is an incredible asset to our practice. Patients have one point of contact to handle their patient care and concerns. Nancy meets patients at the initial treatment consultations, discusses fees, handles patient contracts, financing, insurance billing and collections.. Her reputation and experience allows her to understand the family and patient needs and concerns.

We have an incredible staff all who live and support the Downriver community. Our clinic staff are both full and part time.
They are all highly experienced orthodontic assistants. They enjoy working closely with families and especially children.
DeAnna Wasielewski
Clinic Manager
DeAnna manages the clinic, patient flow, and handling of all patients and clinic staff. She is a critical observer to see that the clinic is operating efficiently. DeAnna has spent her career with Dr. Lupini as a chair side assistant for many years prior to her managerial position.
Melissa Mast
Clinic Assistant / Vendor Liaison
Melissa is full time chairside assistant. She oversees all ordering, stocking and organizing of our practice supplies. Melissa in energetic about technology and jumps at the occasion to install and utilize new equipment, and train staff with implementation.
Bianca Valverde
Practice Representative
Bianca is responsible for all marketing and event planning for our practice. She handles our social media and assists our marketing firm with implementation. Bianca spends a lot of time networking and represents our practice between General Practitioners and the public.
Bianca handles our sponsorships, donations, and school presentations. Bianca also assists chairside in the clinic as needed.
Bianca loves connecting with families and seeing patients lives transform as their smiles transform.
Bianca started her career as an orthodontic assistant and then moved on to manage a local dental practice, handled marketing in a prior orthodontic practice, and is a certified event planner. She is the perfect fit for our practice visions.
Kimberly Lupini
Financial Manager
Kimberly works behind the scenes and primarily oversees all financial and legal aspects of the practice. In addition she handles research and implementation of all new systems, marketing and technology. She also handles all Real Estate maintenance and acquisitions for the Practice. Kimberly uses her experience in financing, owning and operating a property management company, and real estate office to help her husband, Dr. Lupini, grow his practice. Kimberly works side by side with Dr. Lupini in both our locations.
Kimberly has a 20+ year real estate career. She is currently a full time Real Estate Broker and owner of Buy Sell Rent Michigan (BuySellRentMichigan.com), located in the rear suite of our Wyandotte office location. Kimberly offers discounts on real estate services to past and present True Orthodontics families.
Prior to real estate Kimberly managed several businesses during college. She also has owned a Salon in Southgate in the late 90’s.
Kimberly has been a Downriver resident her entire life, she enjoys living in Gibraltar with Dr. Lupini and their son, and their 2 dogs. Kimberly enjoys boating, bike riding, movies and series television, music, and travels up north as often as possible.
